Refunds & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Refunds

All return requests must be initiated within 14 Days of the delivery date.

Please note items on sales cannot be returned.

We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged ,washed or altered any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria. 

We do not offer free returns. 

Our customer service team will provide you with our return address,(Please note that as we work with different warehouses each item might have a different address) . 

 

Exchange 

If you want to exchange an item , you will need to return your received packages for a refund and then place a new order.
