Refunds

All return requests must be initiated within 14 Days of the delivery date.

Please note items on sales cannot be returned.

We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged ,washed or altered any way. We do not accept returned items that do not meet the return criteria. 

Return Shipping Policy

Please note that we do not provide free return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the shipping costs to return their package to us.

All returns must include a valid tracking number. We strongly recommend keeping your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return has been received and processed.

Exchange 

If you want to exchange an item , you will need to return your received packages for a refund and then place a new order.
